Hershy's Sammy WOW !!!!

WOW WOW WOW !!!! Meet Hershy's Sammy!!!!

He has a Unique color and a calm and gentle temperament to go with it. Sammy is 3/4 Belgian and 1/4 Quarter Horse. If you are looking for your next Equine Partner Sammy might be the one. He has been here on our farm since he was 2 years old and has done about all there is to do here. He has been on lots of trail rides and doesn't care to go out in a group or just go for a ride out alone. Any beginner that can climb on Sammy's back can ride him.

He has a nice smooth walk, trot, and canter. Sammy will pick up both leads cantering in either direction. He will ride English or western and doesn't mind having a few kids on his back as well. His kind and sweet temperament makes him different from any other horse. Sammy has been almost everywhere from working in the field to going through the drive thru at Burger King. If you want a horse that rides just as good as he drives Sammy is the one. He has been in parades and to downtown Berlin and is just as calm with all the commotion around him. When trail riding, if there is no trail if you point Sammy in the right direction he will make his own trail. He has no problem stepping over logs and also loves going through water if there is a stream along the way.

Sammy can easily be driven single or double with another horse. He has been used to help train young horses to drive double. Sammy has been in a lot of heavy traffic and stands nice at the stop sign or traffic lights. He would also be a great horse to do weddings or carriage rides. Sammy will walk up to you in the pasture and is just a kitten in the barn. He stands very nice to tack up and mount. He also stands well for the farrier, to clip, and to bathe. Sammy is a one of a kind with the pretty color and a great temperament.
